You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it. Just make sure it's in like-new condition, repackage it all (remote, manual, etc.) securely in the original packaging, and contact us for a Return Authorization number.
We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise (not including original shipping*) — whichever you prefer.
Contact us: Call 1-800-497-3118 or email to request Return Authorization. Any product returned to us without a RMA# will not be accepted and the product will be returned with a handling fee charged.
Package it: It must include all accessories (wires, manuals, remotes, etc.) and original packaging. Product missing the UPC label cannot be returned. If an item is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories, packaging or there is obvious damage or visible wear to the unit, ThrillingAudio.com reserves the right to reject the return and ship it back. All returns are subject to final inspection. The RMA# must be boldly visible on the outside of the box.
Ship it: Send product freight prepaid and insured to the below address using a traceable service. ThrillingAudio.com is not responsible for lost or damaged product sent back to us.
